The following documents were developed as part of the research work conducted by the IRP 18 Committee in conjunction with the University of Calgary’s Department of Chemical and Petroleum Engineering and Enform (formerly the Canadian Petroleum Safety Council). The IRP18 Committee consists of representatives of the Canadian upstream oil and gas industry. Its focus is providing guidelines to improve industry safety with respect to upstream fires and explosions.
